My name is Lester Hu, I came from China few years ago and was an international student at University of New England. With confidence about job demand for accounting and finance students, I had no worries about job hunting process after my study. However, the worldwide economic crisis came and hit Australian job market. Yes, job hunting recently has been very tough, especially for international applicant like me.

After receiving tonnes of rejection emails, I eventually had my first light when I found out about GradSolutions through word of mouth. Hi all, I am Hendri. I have been admitted to the degree of Bachelor of Business Accounting in 2008. Unfortunately, at that time I had not heard of Gradsolutions, thus, while waiting for an interview which had never come, I decided to do a further post graduate study in Accounting and finally been admitted to the degree of Master of Business Accounting.

I thought thank God now I had a better degree so hopefully this time it would be a lot easier for me to get a job. Nevertheless, the reality is a different story. 5 months waiting and still no luck. So only praying and praying and praying again. Finally, I could see a light in the darkness and and guess what, it is Gradsolutions.

I came from China years ago to pursue my tertiary degree in Australia. My studies went very well and I graduated in the next three years with very satisfying grades. I applied for many graduate and entry level positions in Information Technology industry after I graduated. With no background in IT industry before, it was really hard to get in to the industry.

Because of my strong desire to move from my former administrative duties to my preferred field, I searched for another way to get into the IT industry. Eventually, from friends of mine, I found out about GradSolutions who in turn tailored my applications to suit IT industry and brought out my strengths through their Professional Development Program (PDP).
